Role Responsibilities
Execute high-quality preparation and cooking across assigned sections.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times.
Assist senior chefs in day-to-day operations and menu preparation.
Monitor ingredients and support inventory management.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a café or restaurant setup.
Strong fundamentals in cutting, prep work, and station management.
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
Continental background preferred.
