Your Impact :

As Quality Management Specialist, you will champion the implementation and continual advancement of our QMS as per IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 : 2016. You’ll drive process improvement, facilitate audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products renowned for performance and sustainability.

Candidate Profile :

Graduate / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer / Industrial preferred)

Minimum 7 years’ hands-on QMS experience in automotive / manufacturing

Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)

Certified Internal Auditor (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)

Outstanding communication, documentation, and audit skills

Role & Responsibilities :

Lead QMS implementation, maintenance, and improvement

Act as Management Representative for all audits

Ensure compliance with global quality standards

Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis & corrective actions

Conduct and coordinate audits (internal, supplier, process)

Spearhead risk management and continual improvement

Collaborate with Production, R&D, Supply Chain & Customer Service teams

Train and mentor employees on quality standards and tools

Support management in achieving quality objectives and customer satisfaction
