About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP QM modules within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or manufacturing environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical experts to deliver high-quality SAP solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve quality management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather business requirements, design solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementations in the SAP QM module.
• Configure and customize QM functionalities including Inspection Lots, MICs, Sampling, and Usage Decisions.
• Manage CAPA processes, reducing defect recurrence and ensuring quality improvements.
• Integrate QM with other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD) and external systems using IDocs, CPI, and other middleware tools.
• Drive process automation and Batch Release Hub (BRH) optimization in S / 4 HANA environments.
• Create functional specifications, process documentation, and test scripts.
• Conduct UAT, defect analysis, and issue resolution within defined SLAs.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives (GxP, pharma quality standards) and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ABAP, Basis, Security, CPI) to deliver seamless business processes.
• Provide knowledge transfer, mentorship, and training to junior team members.
