Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Quality Analyst

with 4–5 years of experience in software testing, including both

manual and automation testing . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the

finance domain , strong analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring product quality and reliability. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibility :

Design, develop, and execute

manual and automated test cases

for web, mobile, and API-based applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

Perform

functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing .

Develop and maintain

automation frameworks

using tools such as

Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, or similar .

Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like

JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps .

Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.

Participate in

Agile / Scrum ceremonies , including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to QA best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

4–5 years of experience in

software testing

(manual and automation).

Hands-on experience with

automation tools

like Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or similar.

Strong knowledge of

Java, Python, or JavaScript

for writing automation scripts.

Experience with

SQL

for data validation and backend testing.

Familiarity with

version control systems

like Git.

Solid understanding of

Agile / Scrum methodologies .

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in the

finance or banking domain .

Knowledge of

performance testing tools

like JMeter or LoadRunner.

Exposure to

CI / CD pipelines

and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
