Job Description :
1. A candidate should capable to handle 2 Regions and above clusters.
2. Sourcing of business through the sales teams.
3. Manage & ensure business from Sales Managers across all Clusters.
4. Responsible to maintain the required headcount of the team in both CSMs & FOS.
5. Responsible for tracking sales teams for quality sourcing & Acquisition.
6. Keep a close watch on competitors' products, policies, and market strategies.
7. Managing internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Planning strategies and conducting more outbound activities.
9. Data analysis for sales forecasting and business preparations.
10. Ensure all team members are managing the end-to-end acquisition life-cycle.
