We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Bengaluru region. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for driving sales growth developing and implementing effective sales strategies and managing a high-performing team of sales professionals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Bengaluru region
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Bengaluru market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing regular updates to senior management
- Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organizational goals
- Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a sales leadership roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performanceStrong knowledge of the Bengaluru market and business landscapeExcellent leadership communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales forecasting toolsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategiesStrong negotiation and presentation skillsExperience in building and maintaining key client relationshipsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsAdaptability to changing market conditions and emerging trendsSales management certifications are preferred but not requiredRemote Work : No
