Head - Digital Sales – 7NShop.com
Position Overview :
The Head for Digital Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the
product portfolio of 7NShop.com. This role demands a leader who can balance P&L,
executional rigor, and category-building foresight. The candidate will play a pivotal role in
scaling our direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform while ensuring synergy between our existing
portfolio and new product additions aligned with our target consumers.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Growth and Profitability
- Shape the eCommerce vision for 7NShop.com and Panacea Biotec, positioning the
platform as the preferred marketplace for mothers, children, and wellness-focused
consumers.
Driving sustainable revenue growth while balancing profitability, scale, andconsumer trust.
Expand the product ecosystem by identifying and integrating categories and brandsthat create long-term synergies with our core consumers.
Innovate business models (subscriptions, loyalty programs, bundling) to deepenengagement and maximize customer lifetime value.
Act as a strategic thought partner to the leadership of Panacea Biotec, ensuringe-Commerce growth aligns with the broader corporate vision and future consumer
health trends.
Marketplace Sales & Partnerships :
Oversee pricing, promotions.Build and strengthen relationships with marketplaces to drive growth. Negotiatecommercial terms, visibility packages, and promotional tie-ups.
Drive revenue growth, category expansion, and preferential placements onpartner platforms.
Collaborate with tech / product / marketing teams on platform enhancements (UI / UX,payment gateways, CRM integration)
D2C Platform & Consumer Growth (7NShop.com) :
Provide marketplace insights to guide brand positioning, pricing, and productinnovation.
Identify and lead initiatives to improve repeat purchase rates, retention, and loyalty.Onboard new product categories / brands (on 7NShop.com) aligned with consumerneeds. Enhance cross-sell and basket-building opportunities.
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamlessexecution of campaigns and product launches.
Represent 7NShop.com in strategic industry forums, partnerships, and tradeconversations.
Analytics & Reporting :
Track KPIs : GMV, contribution margin, AOV, conversion rates, CAC, LTV.Maintain dashboards and generate weekly / monthly reports.Provide insights on consumer behavior, assortment gaps, and pricing trends.Leadership & Teaming (Future Growth)
Build and lead a digital sales team as the business scales.Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance for cross-functional impact.Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience in e-commerce / digital sales with both strategic and operationalexposure.
Proven ability to scale D2C platforms and manage marketplaces.Strong knowledge of SEO / SEM, digital ads, analytics, CRM, and e-commerceplatforms.
Hands-on, and comfortable with “strategy + execution” ownership.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
