Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, based in Chennai. The

Senior Executive Human Resources,

will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role will also involve developing and implementing HR strategies to support organizational goals, managing employee benefits and compensation, and ensuring a positive work culture. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with management to address HR-related issues and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Location : Chennai

Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience Required : 4–5 years

About the Role :

We' re looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Lead / Administrator. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement & relations, onboarding, recruitment, HR compliance & strategy, training & development, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition & onboarding process

Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain healthy employee relations

Ensure adherence to HR compliance and policies

Support in building and executing HR strategies

Oversee training and development programs

Handle day-to-day HR administrative functions

Requirements :

Proven HR experience (4–5 years) in a similar role

Strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, and HR operations

Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi

Ability to work independently and lead HR initiatives
