Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing all HR management functions. The role will involve maintaining a positive working environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills

Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies

Strong Employee Relations skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Proficiency in HR software and tools

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Previous experience in an HR Executive role is beneficial
