We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
digital hiring , preferably from the
media, advertising, or digital-first industries . This role requires hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment while building strong stakeholder relationships.
Prerequisites :
Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in
Talent Acquisition , preferably in the
media, advertising, or digital marketing industry .
Strong knowledge of
digital roles and industry-specific skill sets .
Experience in handling
mid to senior-level hiring mandates .
Proficiency in
sourcing tools
(LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms).
Excellent
stakeholder management and influencing skills .
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment .
Key Responsibilities :
Manage
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and recruitment operations,
from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Focus on
digital hiring
across functions such as SEO, SEM, Content, Social Media, Design, Performance Marketing, Programmatic, Analytics, and Technology roles.
Partner with
business leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders
to align recruitment strategy with organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong
talent pipelines
through proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, job portals, and networking.
Conduct detailed
screenings and competency-based interviews
to shortlist suitable candidates.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience throughout the process.
Track, report, and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
Manage
vendor relationships
(consultants, agencies, job boards) to ensure quality delivery.
Stay updated on
industry trends in media & digital talent markets
to advise the business on hiring strategies.
