Key Responsibilities :
- Drive a team to achieve auto loan sales targets in the assigned region.
- Allocate and monitor monthly sales targets for Finance Executives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners and internal teams (Credit, Operations, Collections).
- Ensure dealer staff are trained and motivated to generate leads.
- Support credit approval processes, post-sale service, and collections.
- Maintain healthy loan portfolio mix and ensure compliance with PDD norms and credit TAT.
- Provide best-in-class financial solutions to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Desired Profile :
6-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in auto-finance .Strong interpersonal and team management skills.Knowledge of the auto loan ecosystem, credit process, and customer service.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsSkills Required
