Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand Navatas market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in logistics or transportation business development, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets across assigned regions.
  • Identify and convert potential leads into profitable business partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
  • Recruit, train, and monitor marketing executives to achieve regional goals.
  • Conduct regular market surveys to identify competitor strategies, pricing trends, and potential expansion routes.
  • Plan and execute regional marketing and brand promotion activities to increase visibility and customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide suitable logistics solutions aligned with company offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and present periodic business performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Explore and establish partnerships with new clients and key business segments.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in logistics, transport, or related sectors.
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver results under pressure and within deadlines.
