We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive loan sales and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience in NBFC / BFSI / financial services and a strong track record in field sales, relationship management, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting personal and business loans, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing in coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire and onboard new customers through direct sales and field activities.
- Promote and sell financial products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and secured / unsecured loans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer and partner relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and manage sales pipeline efficiently using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform business Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field .
- 4-5 years of experience in NBFC / BFSI / financial services, specifically in loan sales.
- Proven track record in field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
