About the role
Key Responsibilities :
1. Dashboard Development :
o Create and maintain comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual dashboards that track key compensation metrics, trends, and benchmarks.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for reporting.
2. Cost Forecasting and Reconciliation :
o Conduct cost forecasting to project compensation expenses accurately, aligning with budgetary goals.
o Perform regular reconciliation of compensation-related costs, ensuring alignment with financial reports and budgets.
3. Data Management and Operations :
o Manage and maintain compensation data integrity across systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
o Streamline data processes to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
4. SAP SuccessFactors Support :
o Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on digitization requirements and system enhancements.
o Assist in the generation and release of compensation letters, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
5. Payroll Inputs :
o Collaborate with the payroll team to provide accurate and timely inputs related to compensation changes, bonuses, and other incentives.
o Ensure payroll processes align with compensation policies and regulations.
6. Invoicing and Compliance :
o Assist in managing invoicing processes related to compensation initiatives and ensure timely payment.
o Support compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits and reviews.
7. Compensation Planning :
o Collaborate with the Rewards Manager in developing and implementing compensation strategies and plans.
o Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform compensation decisions and recommendations.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
o Work closely with HR, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on compensation strategies and objectives.
o Participate in special projects and initiatives related to compensation and employee rewards.
Who are we looking for?
Education and Experience :
Bachelors / Masters degree in Management / HR with 2-5 years of experience in a compensation support role.
Skills :
Experience of using SAP Success Factors (EC + Compensation Module)
Functional knowledge of Power BI
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Stakeholder management & interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
