Talent Acquisition Specialist-Executive

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR operations.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms, CRM tools, and recruitment software (e.G., AiDE Recruit, Greenhouse, Workday).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting recruitment KPIs.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for candidate screening, role matching, and assessment (e.G., Intelligent Assessment Tools , Automated Interview Scheduling ).
