Key Responsibilities :
- Pipeline Management : Track and maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
- Sourcing : Conduct focused searches through a variety of channels, including internal ATS, external job boards, networking sites, social media, etc.
- Job Requirement Analysis : Study job descriptions and job specifications gathered from hiring managers to determine applicant requirements.
- Job Advertisement : Attract applicants by posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Candidate Assessment : Interview applicants, analyze responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job specifications.
- Candidate Relationship : Act as the main point of contact for candidates, maintaining strong relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Interview Coordination : Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Partner with hiring managers and regional heads to ensure key and critical positions are filled within specified timelines.
- Metrics Tracking : Track and maintain relevant recruitment metrics and candidate progress reports.
- Reporting : Maintain candidate tracker and call productivity reports. Share updates with the Head Office (HO) on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Recruiting Strategy : Establish recruiting requirements by discussing organizational needs with managers and aligning hiring strategies accordingly.
- Best Practices : Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Analytical Reporting : Provide analytical, well-documented recruiting reports to the regional / HO teams.
