Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth screening and evaluation of candidates to ensure a strong fit for client and internal requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define job descriptions.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates for multiple roles across various industries.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Partner with internal teams and external clients to understand hiring priorities and ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes.Provide regular updates to hiring managers and clients on candidate pipeline and hiring progress.Negotiate salary offers and ensure successful candidate closures.Process Optimization & Compliance
Optimize recruitment workflows and implement best practices to improve efficiency.Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity.Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal hiring regulations.Team Mentorship & Market Intelligence
Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing training on sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and market trends.Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.Provide insights and reports to leadership on hiring trends and challenges.Skills Required
