Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and trustworthy Admin Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO's Office. This is a full-time, in-office position that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare reports or presentations.
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO's office, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and events.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and office inventory.
- Draft letters and communication in English and Marathi as required.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure smooth daily operations of the CEO's office.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate degree in Administration, Management, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and reliability.Personal Attributes We Value

Location : Mumbai (Full-time, In-Office Role)
Salary : ₹40,000 per month (Non-negotiable)
Experience : Minimum 2–3 years
