Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars, communication, correspondence, bills, and calls.
- Oversee office management — implementing and maintaining procedures, administrative systems, and SOPs.
- Liaise with staff, clients, vendors, and service providers as needed.
- Coordinate and arrange travel, including flight bookings, transport, and accommodation.
- Prepare monthly reports, memos, and other internal documentation.
- Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining a records database.
- Provide administrative and HR support (e.g., appointment letters, attendance tracking, documentation).
- Provide administrative Accounts support (e.g., Maintaining eg - Accounts Receivable / Payable )
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office through proactive task management and attention to detail.
Key Skills :
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Well written and verbal communication skills in English.Attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism.Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Google Workspace tools.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle pressure.Ethical, reliable, and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.Experience Required :
3–5 years of experience in a corporate or professional environment.
