Qualifications
- Recruitment : Ensuring that all vacant positions are filled up within specified timelines and as per requirement.
- Resume Search & Database : Search and identification of appropriate candidates using available tools such as LinkedIn / Naukri / event FAQs etc. To build a centralized database for all positions
- Record Keeping : To keep a record / history along with all relevant documents of each and every current & past employee of the company. Record to include all recruitment dashboards and employee details on drive.
- Team Motivation : Ensuring that all members of the team are motivated and perform to their optimum capability.
- Milestone wishes & Group Management : Ensuring that each employee is wished on his / her specific milestones such as birthdays, anniversaries / year completion etc. and manages the WhatsApp / other social group related to the organization.
- Induction Process : Conduct proper induction process for each new joiner and ensure that it is complete in all respects within 7 days of joining.
- Exit Interviews plus F&F : Conduct exit interviews, ensure all formalities are done as per procedure and proper F&F documentation is done
- Administer HR Policies and Procedures : Introduce new policies / processes in the system and its proper documentation.
- Performance Reviews : To ensure proper performance review and appraisal for all employees within the months of April & May each year
- Internal Engagements : Organizing and celebrating festivals and other employee engagements.
- Training & Development : Ensure that proper Training and development is done for all employees of the organization as per needs / calendar
- Office Supplies & Inventory Management : Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory; ensure timely replenishment.
- Vendor & Service Provider Coordination : Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, housekeeping, courier, and other operational needs.
- Facility Management : Oversee facility management tasks including housekeeping, security, and repair & maintenance work.
Require 2- 4 yrs of experience in TA, Ops & Admin.
