RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lamor is a global leader in Oil Spill Response Services. Our mission statement is Let's clean the World. Lamor India is a subsidiary of Lamor Finland. The company is having its regional office at Navi Mumbai, India. Our Indian office has a small team of about 14 employees and HR functions are guided by our corporate HQ at Finland. We are looking for a smart, ambitious and competent HR and Admin Executive who can oversee essential HR practices, ensure smooth administrative operations, and act as the liaison with our outsourced Company Secretary (CS). This role is well- suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a lean set-up. The responsibilities include :
HR Coordination
- Act as the primary HR contact in India, ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies and guidelines from Finland while ensuring compliance with local law and practices.
- Communicate corporate policies, initiatives, and updates to local employees.
- Provide employee data and reports to HQ as required.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by liaising with finance department and HQ.
- Address employee queries and escalate issues to country manager / corporate HR where needed.
- Ensure local compliance with Indian employment regulations in coordination with HQ and service providers.
Administration
Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, and facility vendor management.Oversee contracts, renewals, and coordination with local service providers.Facilitate travel arrangements, office supplies, and administrative support for the team.Coordinate with Finance for reimbursements, invoices, and vendor payments.Company Secretary Coordination
Act as liaison between management and outsourced Company Secretary.Assist in the preparation and circulation of board / shareholder meeting agendas, notices, and minutes.Ensure timely statutory filings with MCA / ROC through the CS.Maintain corporate registers and records in line with Indian requirements.Track compliance calendar and alert management on critical deadlines.Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in HR / Admin roles, preferably in a multinational or small company set-up.Experience in acting as a liaison between local office and global HQ is an advantage.Familiarity with Indian statutory compliance and basic company secretarial processes preferred.Key Skills
