Major Accountabilities :
- Ensure site compliance with all statutory requirements such as CLRA Certificate renewal, S&E Certificate renewal, Holiday List management, Integrated Annual Returns, Gratuity Form L, quarterly notice board audits, vendor audits, X6 submissions, and maintenance of monthly registers.
- Support the design and implementation of new hire onboarding initiatives, including document filing and completing onboarding checkpoints.
- Assist in representing the organization to local authorities, ensuring employee relations comply with local laws and Novartis integrity standards across divisions and countries.
- Provide support to the Payroll team by supplying necessary payroll inputs.
- Drive quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and continuous improvement of P&O People Partnering processes.
- Incorporate customer feedback to understand the employee journey and implement improvements to meet business and employee needs.
- Manage purchase orders (PO) and vendor relationships on behalf of the P&O team.
- Build strong relationships with cross-divisional P&O community members to identify needs, challenges, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Support and coach leaders, managers, and associates on relevant P&O topics within the role's scope.
