About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate with a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition . The role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes, coordinating with business leaders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience, while also supporting other HR operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned technical roles from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define role specifications.
- Create and post job descriptions across portals, social media, and internal networks.
- Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards regularly.
- Build a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive networking and talent mapping.
- Partner with external agencies, institutes, and job boards for sourcing as required.
- Support campus hiring and internship drives.
HR Operations & Support
Assist in onboarding and induction of new hires.Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy.Support HR documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.Participate in HR initiatives related to engagement, communication, and employer branding.Assist in periodic HR reports and compliance-related activities.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment or talent acquisition .Exposure to HR operations or generalist activities will be an advantage.What We Offer
