Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Exhibition, located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to increase revenue, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with the design and production teams, and attending industry events to network and promote the company's services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales
• Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and develop Strategic Plans
• Knowledge of Event Management, Exhibition Stand Solutions, and Visual Merchandising
• Skilled in Proposal Writing, Contract Management, and Deal Closing
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the event management industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
