Role : Relationship Manager -Home Loan
Location : Kurla West -Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
- Portfolio Management & Growth :
- Maintain and grow an existing customer base; identify and acquire new clients.
- Cross‑sell / upsell home loan products, housing improvement loans, plot finance etc.
- Customer Relationship & Servicing :
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their housing finance needs.
- Interface with customers to collect necessary documentation, conduct financial assessment, assist in loan application process.
- Ensure excellent service delivery : respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up for smooth loan processing and disbursal.
- Business Development :
- Generate leads via field visits, local market mapping, channel partners, real estate agents, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective customers and understand local demand.
- Target Achievement :
- Achieve individual and team sales targets (monthly, quarterly).
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead‑to‑loan conversion, application disbursal velocity, collection efficiency etc.
- Coordination & Compliance :
- Liaise with in‑house Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure documentation, valuation, and legal checks are done timely.
- Ensure compliance with KYC / regulatory norms, company policies, and internal audit requirements.
