Key Result Areas

Responsible for achieving branch-level sales targets in

Home Loans

and

Loan Against Property (LAP)

through effective management of the

end-to-end process

(sourcing, credit checks, and disbursals).

Lead and manage a team of

Relationship Managers (RMs)

and

Customer Service Managers (CSMs)

to drive performance and productivity.

Develop the local market by

onboarding new channel partners

and generating business from

builders, DSAs, and connectors .

Drive niche positioning by venturing into

high-ticket-size loans

and tapping into

underserviced customer segments

not adequately served by banks.

Execute innovative

BTL marketing campaigns

to acquire new customers and strengthen brand visibility.

Manage

collections and resolution activities , including recovery through the sale of NPA flats.
