Job Purpose :

Responsible for following up with clients regarding pending payments, ensuring timely collection of revenue, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contact Clients through calls, emails, or official letters to remind them of pending payments.
• Maintain daily collection reports and update payment status in the system.
• Escalate overdue accounts to management for further action.
• Achieve monthly / quarterly collection targets.
