Make outbound calls to customers for collections and follow-ups on overdue payments.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and promises to pay.Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (DRA certification or in progress).Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in tele-calling (collections or related roles preferred).
- DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified or trained and ready to appear for certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM tools (preferred).
Location Preference :
- Candidates residing in Central Line or Western Line (Mira Road, Bhayandar, Borivali) are preferred for ease of commute.
- Bus pick-and-drop facility provided from Thane Station to office.
