Job description

Position - Telemarketer

Exp - 0-1 year

Location - Mumbai

Working Days & Time : 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday and 10 AM - 5 PM any 2 Saturdays

Skills - Telemarketing, B2B / B2C Sales, lead generation, Outbound calls

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Make daily 100 connected outbound calls from provided databases.
  • Introduce and explain our services to prospects in a clear, engaging manner.
  • Identify qualified leads and record relevant details accurately.
  • Maintain a call log and update CRM systems with lead status.
  • Collaborate with the sales / marketing team for smooth handover of leads.
  • Meet daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Skills :

  • Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to handle objections and stay composed during calls.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel is a plus.
  • Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred
