Mihuru is seeking proactive and customer-focused Collections Telecalling Agents for our Mumbai office to support our collections team. These roles are suited for individuals with proven communication skills looking to build on their experience in collections and customer engagement.
WFO : Amit Industrial Estate, Parel, Mumbai
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to discuss outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with company policies.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all customer contacts, payment agreements, and collection efforts in the CRM system.
- Follow up on promised payments and update account statuses accordingly.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide clear explanations of payment options and consequences of non-payment.
- Escalate complex cases or disputed accounts to senior staff or legal teams as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable debt recovery regulations and company protocols.
- Meet monthly performance targets for call volume, collections, and service quality.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in business administration, finance, or commerce.2+ years of experience in collections tele calling preferred (Personal Loans and Business Loans)English + Hindi MandatoryExcellent verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.Basic computer skills including CRM software and Microsoft Office proficiency.Ability to work independently with strong time management and multitasking abilities.This is a Work from Office role and may require field work on rare occasions.
