Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with distributors to expand market presence.
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations, seminars, and demonstrations .
- Apply strong commercial and business development skills.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
Requirements
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering .4–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Welding & Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) solutions.Strong knowledge of Welding processes and NDT techniques
Skills & Competencies
Fluent in English and local regional language of the assigned territory.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and achieve targets.Willingness to travel (approximately every 15 days ).Benefits
