Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in sales, preferably in the interiors or related high-value product / services industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-ticket value sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
Experience :
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in interiors, modular furniture, real estate, or other high-value product / services industries.
- Strong track record of handling high-ticket value sales and successfully closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and align solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Key Responsibilities :
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and modular solutions sector.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, designers, and key decision-makers.Understand clients’ requirements and offer customized modular interior solutions.Handle high-ticket value sales transactions with confidence and professionalism.Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and quotations.Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations as required.Keep updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.What We Offer :
