The ideal candidate will handle cold calling, generate leads, and convert

Key
Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns to qualify
prospects and gather relevant information.
Identify
potential leads and explain service benefits clearly and professionally.
Maintain
detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Work
closely with the business development team to ensure lead conversion.
Meet
and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Ensure
high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Desired
Candidate Profile
Graduate
degree required (Preference for BCom or BBA).
Excellent
verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
Strong
persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Positive
attitude, resilience, and result-oriented approach.
Freshers
welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of sales or tele-calling experience will be
preferred.
Basic
knowledge of sales, marketing, or taxation is an added advantage.
Able
to work at night shifts (9PM to 6AM).
