Immediate Start : Business Development Executive

Job descriptionManage inbound leads from first contact to conversion, tracking them through the sales pipeline Conduct client meetings, reviews, and presentations — including travel when required Strategize and collaborate with creative teams to develop tailored pitch decks and proposals Own and deliver business pitches that showcase One MG’s strategic and creative capabilities Maintain lead and opportunity records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups Support leadership in negotiations and deal closures Track business development metrics and contribute to internal growth reviews 1–3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales, ideally within a creative, advertising, or digital agency Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing situations Ability to understand client needs and translate them into compelling proposals Detail-driven, deadline-focused, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the growth of One MG Comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings and business discussions
