Job Responsibilities :

Responsibilities include locating prospects, attending inbound leads, working with the product team for lead conversion, and assisting with contract negotiation.

The candidate should be capable of representing one or all of the following :

  • SEO / Accessibility audit tools
  • e-commerce solution for salons, laundry, and restaurants
  • HR compliance solution

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 2+ years of experience in cold calling
  • 2+ years of experience in generating leads through Social media such as LinkedIn
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • 1+ years of experience in representing e-commerce solutions, website audits, or HRMS
  • Bachelor's degree in computers or equivalent
