Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with channel partners (brokers / agents / distributors).
• Conduct regular site visits, broker meets, and market mapping of nearby real estate clusters.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups with channel partners to drive walk-ins and closures.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns in the region.
• Maintain up-to-date competitor and market intelligence — including pricing, offerings, and customer trends.
• Track daily visits, funnel movement, and report progress through CRM / Excel.
