Key Responsibilities
Technical Sales & Business Development
- Handle sales of water treatment chemical solutions, including cooling water, chiller water, boiler water, RO water, and wastewater treatment applications
- Develop and grow business across corporate accounts, institutional clients, distilleries, pharmaceutical, seafood, and industrial segments
- Engage with consultants and OEMs to build relationships and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with customers to promote solutions
Account Management & Customer Engagement
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, technical presentations, and negotiations through to deal closureIdentify and onboard new accounts while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationshipsEnsure regular customer engagement and deliver value-added services to drive satisfaction and retentionChannel Sales & Coordination
Work closely with dealers and distributors for market expansion and product reachCoordinate for timely payment collection and resolve outstanding issuesMaintain effective dealer communication and ensure support for sales performanceRegional Sales Operations
Travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh to manage regional sales operationsAchieve assigned sales targets and maintain superior performance metricsSubmit regular reports, sales updates, and data through SAP-Concur, Flux, and other internal systemsBehavioural Profile
Excellent negotiation skillsStrong decision-making abilitiesProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPointWorking knowledge of SAP-Concur and Flux One Team platformsSkills Required
