We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy Sales & Marketing Trainee who will work closely with our leadership team to drive market outreach, lead generation, and brand awareness. The role offers hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales, digital marketing, and AI product positioning.
- Identify and qualify leads from government tender portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.) and other sources.
- Reach out to potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly lead conversion reports.
- Support demo scheduling and proposal follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars).
- Support content creation — posts, infographics, and newsletters highlighting AI in procurement.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends.
- Help maintain TenderGyan.ai’s website and social media presence.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
- Participate in product demo sessions to understand the sales narrative.
- Track tender analytics to support business intelligence reports.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
- Good understanding of B2B marketing, digital channels, and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Enthusiasm to learn about AI, SaaS, and public procurement.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- MBA / PGDM (Marketing, Sales, or Business Analytics).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Management preferred.
- Exposure to cutting-edge Generative AI applications in business.
