Shift Timing : Mid Shift IST (approx. 1 PM – 10 PM IST)

Job Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Generation Specialist with 5–6 years of experience in generating high-quality leads for IT services, cloud platforms, and data solutions . The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to one or more of the following markets : US, APAC, and / or EMEA .
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and calling strategies.
- Identify and qualify leads across global markets (US, APAC, EMEA) in sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing.
- Manage and enrich a sales pipeline using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to define lead quality, conversion goals, and market segmentation.
- Track KPIs and prepare periodic reports on lead conversion metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications :
5–6 years of proven B2B lead generation experience in IT services, data, and cloud.Exposure to international markets (at least one of US, APAC, EMEA).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in outbound prospecting tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Ability to work independently and align with cross-functional teams.Nice to Have :
Prior experience working in a mid-shift or overlapping multiple time zones.Understanding of enterprise IT buyer personas and decision-making processes.Skills Required
