About the Job :

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Computing Expert to join our team. As an Oracle Cloud HCM consultant, you will work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design functional solutions.

• Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, configuring HR operations, performing end-to-end testing, providing functional support, and staying updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
• Required skills include 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant, hands-on experience in at least two or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules, strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, and experience with UK Payroll statutory requirements.

You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules for recruitment, learning, talent management, payroll, and helpdesk.
