Microsoft 365 Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing Office 365 environments, with experience in preparing transformation deliverables such as assessment summaries, design documents, and BOMs.

• Design and implement Office 365 environments using Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business.
• Prepare transformation deliverables such as assessment summaries, design documents, and SOPs.
• Lead and manage engineering or professional services teams to deliver customer and partner business results.
• Provide regular updates and troubleshoot deployment and migration issues for customers.

The successful candidate will possess a broad knowledge base of Office 365 technical architecture and be able to plan delivery models and resourcing structures for various technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills are essential for this role.
