Job Purpose
To provide the highest level of service in order to sell Emirates airline tickets and services and to assist customers with managing their travel plans. Work as part of a team to achieve individual, station and network Commercial objectives.
Job Outline
This position is for the Mumbai - Contact Centre based at Malad , Mumbai - India .
12th Grade or equivalent
Preferrable web chat and social media experience.
Standard Fares and ticketing courses
1+ years experience
Excellent interpersonal, telephone and customer service skills.
Ability to work in shifts and manage a busy sales team environment.
PC based skills to operate Windows package including Microsoft Word / Excel / E-mail.
Knowledge of contact centre and airline industry procedures and methodology.
Qualification
Education - HSC / Graduate equivalent
2+ years in a contact centre or reservations office environment within the airline or travel industry or completion of a Diploma / Degree in Travel and Tourism.
Must have the right to live and work in India .
