Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the overall retail strategy to drive sales growth and market presence in the wine category.
• Lead and manage day-to-day retail operations across all store locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and compliance.
• Hire, train, and develop high-performing store teams, including store managers and floor staff.
• Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Oversee inventory planning, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to optimize customer experience and product turnover.
• Build partnerships with wine distributors, suppliers, and premium wine brands for product curation and promotions.
• Analyze consumer trends, store performance, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Ensure all outlets operate in accordance with legal regulations, particularly those related to alcohol sales.
• Coordinate with marketing and digital teams to enhance brand visibility and drive store traffic.
• Develop training modules to educate store staff about wine varieties, food pairings, and customer service excellence.
