Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent positions.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for various skill sets.

Manage client requirements, understand job descriptions, and deliver quality profiles within timelines.

Maintain candidate and client databases for future requirements.

Ensure compliance with client policies and contract terms for C2H hiring.
