The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers / clients to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruiting strategies. Additionally, responsibilities may include maintaining recruiting metrics and reports, coordinating job fairs and career events, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.QualificationsExperience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and HiringExperience in Recruiting, particularly in Non-IT rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferredExperience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus
