10xConstruction.ai is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our rapid growth by sourcing top-tier talent across multiple functions. You’ll work closely with our CEO and Co-Founders and leadership team to shape our recruitment strategy and help build a world-class team in Robotics and AI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment : Identify, engage, and screen prospective candidates through creative sourcing strategies, online platforms, and networking events.
- Pipeline Management : Track and manage candidates efficiently through the hiring funnel, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience.
- University & Community Outreach : Help plan campus recruitment and community events to attract emerging talent in AI, robotics, and construction.
- Process Improvement : Assist in refining our hiring processes, from job postings to interview frameworks, to maintain a high standard of efficiency and candidate experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with various teams (Engineering, Operations, Product) to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
