Talent Acquisition Intern

Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding. Your main goal is to build a strong pipeline of quality candidates and ensure a steady flow of talent for the company. This role requires a hustler and go-getter mindset, as you'll work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Sourcing and Screening : You'll proactively find candidates using various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events. You will also screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified individuals.
• Candidate Management : A key part of your role is to manage candidate communication, coordinate interviews, and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process. You will also conduct reference and background checks when necessary.
• Hiring Strategy : You'll contribute to the hiring process by drafting job descriptions, posting openings, and helping to build employer branding initiatives. You'll also participate in team meetings to contribute to process improvement discussions.
