Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aesthetic Clinic Front Desk Executive at our Pune location. Responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining an organized front desk, and assisting clients with inquiries and appointments. The role requires effective communication and the ability to create a welcoming and professional environment for all clients.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in receptionist duties and demonstrated phone etiquette
• Experience in providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a professional demeanor
• Familiarity with basic office software and reservation systems is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role in the aesthetics or wellness industry is advantageous
