Job descriptionCandidate should have completed HSC Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work At least 6 months - 3 years of relevant work experience
The ideal candidate should involve talking responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information via live chat and other text- based channels.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Handle several chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and professionalism
