Head - MEP Design

Job descriptionIndependently plan MEP schedules for large building or township projects, including time and resource allocation Monitor, track, and control MEP timelines and execution progress Coordinate with consultants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and final project close-out Ensure adherence to industry standards and quality systems during execution Deliver projects in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner Knowledge of MEP design will be an added advantage Proven track record of value engineering and resource optimization in past projects Deep understanding of project planning, scheduling, and coordination Basic knowledge of financial concepts and project financing is a plus
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree from a reputed institution
- 20+ years of experience managing MEP services for high-quality real estate developments (commercial, residential, retail, IT parks, etc.)
- Strong understanding of MEP services from concept to commissioning
- Hands-on experience in design, design coordination, procurement, and site execution in :
- HT / LT Electrical Installations (HV / LV systems)
- HVAC systems
- Plumbing
- Firefighting systems
- Security and Access Control Systems
